water is “the softest thing, yet it can penetrate mountains and earth”. lao tzu
we are fluid, about 80%. we are carrying our ocean origins within us. when we are tuning in to the fluid choreography of our system, we are beholding the choreography of life. when we allow waves, spirals, pulsations to move through the body, we allow it to receive the choreography of burgeoning flourishing life, and we allow greater coherence, health. the intelligence of our system when not constrained by inhibitors, conditioning, becomes moving medicine. it will self-correct when there is the resiliency to do that; when there is constriction, compression, rigidity, that moving medicine is not available to us.
this is my continuous offering, a somatic practice that allows access to our inherent moving medicine, to grace.
